
Based in New York City, Qianru Elaine He is an aspiring violinist currently pursuing her Doctor of Musical Arts at Manhattan School of Music. She has been invited to participate and perform in the Verbier Festival in Switzerland, Bach Virtuosi Festival, Perlman Music Program, Tanglewood Music Festival and so on. An an avid orchestral musician, she has served concertmaster and principal violin at Princeton Symphony Orchestra, Music Academy of the West Festival Orchestra, MSM Symphony, she also recently performed with New York Philharmonic. Most recently, Ms. He was invited to perform with Orpheus Chamber Orchestra in their national tour.
Ms. He was awarded 2nd prize at Ann & Charles Eisemann Young Artists Competition, 1st prize at the TMMC Young Musicians Competition, and so on. Ms. He holds her BM and MM degrees from the Juilliard School, where she studied with Lewis Kaplan and Catherine Cho.
