ANTENNA CLOUD FARM Now in its second season, this hilltop former dairy farm in Gill presents diverse, genre-blurring programs. Before each concert, the artists spend a week at the farm on retreat and visit a local school, prison, or community space for an interactive show. ASTON MAGNA MUSIC FESTIVAL The nation’s longest running summer early music festival returns for its 46th season. This year’s offerings include an orchestrated Art of Fugue, period-instrument Beethoven, and a heady evening with soprano Dominique Labelle. MARLBORO MUSIC FESTIVAL This mountaintop music retreat serves as home to a cohort of intelligent interpreters of chamber music each summer. BOSTON LANDMARKS ORCHESTRA It’s summer, so it’s time for music on the Esplanade! Community collaboration is at the core of Boston Landmarks Orchestra’s season. Many Landmarks concerts feature performers from other local organizations such as ZUMIX, Boston String Academy, and the Boys & Girls Clubs of Boston. The One City Choir will assemble again for Verdi’s epic Requiem. Boston University Tanglewood Institute, the Mercury Orchestra, and the Longwood Symphony Orchestra will also hold Hatch Shell concerts.
